At Rizk Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below:

Return and Exchange Period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your product.

If you need to return or exchange your order, please contact us for assistance.

Return Duration

Cairo & Giza: 3 to 5 business days maximum, including the product quality inspection process.
Other governorates: 5 to 7 business days, including the product quality inspection process.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in the same condition as received, in its original box, with the price tag intact.

If the product is returned in a condition different from its original state, it will be returned back to you.

Delivery and return fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original order value upon refund.

Refund Options

Cash on Delivery: The amount will be returned to the card used, and you can use it on your next order.
Other Payment Methods (ValU, Souhoola, Premium Card, Contact, Halan, or any bank card): The refund will be issued to the same payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 3 to 14 business days after processing.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is only available for the same product in a different size.

The exchange process takes 5 to 7 business days. The original order will be picked up, inspected for quality, and the replacement will be shipped to you.

Important Notes

For damaged or defective products, a full refund or exchange will be issued without deduction of shipping or return fees.
Product inspection is allowed upon delivery to ensure the item is correct and undamaged. Any exchange or return will follow our quality check process after the product is received.
