Shipping Coverage

We ship all orders to all governorates within Egypt through trusted delivery partners.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and status updates.
Please make sure to enter a valid email address during checkout to receive these notifications.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location

  • The number of items in your order

  • The product weight or size

The final shipping cost will appear clearly at checkout before completing your order.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other Governorates: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during weekends or official holidays.


Product Inspection

Product inspection is available at the time of delivery.
You may check the product externally before accepting the order.
If you receive an item that appears incorrect or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.


Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Shipping and return fees apply unless the item is defective.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or return at no additional cost.


Return Costs

Shipping, return, or exchange fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.


Order Cancellation

You can request an order cancellation at any time through customer service.
For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–14 business days.
